- Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of working experience in design, project supervision, and implementation.

- A creative and visionary professional capable of developing design direction, refining solutions from schematic to technical detailing, and using drawing software with precision and efficiency.
- Well-versed in building codes, zoning laws and restrictions, proficiency in project management tools and strategies which includes but not limited to sustainability standards.
- Goal driven.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Preferably with a license, however, non-license-holders may also apply
- At least 5 years and above broad work experience in design, project supervision, and implementation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills

INTERIOR DESIGNERS
Details
- 2–4 years of experience in design, project supervision, and implementation
- Licensed interior designer (preferred but not required)
- Responsive, collaborative, and aligned with team communication protocols
- Executes assigned tasks with professionalism and timeliness
- Able to develop from established design directions, translate ideas into schematic proposals, and follow through to technical detailing with precision
- Proficient in design and drafting software
- Coordinates with the Design Manager and Project Architect to ensure compliance with codes, restrictions, and design intent
- Team-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to quality outcomes

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Preferably with a license, however, non-license-holders may also apply
- At least 3-5 years and above broad work experience in interior design especially in design conceptualization, ff/e selection, and styling various projects.
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and, all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, Photoshop, or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
