• 2–4 years of experience in design, project supervision, and implementation
• Licensed interior designer (preferred but not required)
• Responsive, collaborative, and aligned with team communication protocols
• Executes assigned tasks with professionalism and timeliness
• Able to develop from established design directions, translate ideas into schematic proposals, and follow through to technical detailing with precision
• Proficient in design and drafting software
• Coordinates with the Design Manager and Project Architect to ensure compliance with codes, restrictions, and design intent
• Team-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to quality outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Preferably with a  license, however, non-license-holders may also apply
• At least 3-5 years and above broad work experience in interior design especially in design conceptualization, ff/e selection, and styling various projects.
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and, all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, Photoshop, or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
